Job Purpose
The Technical Team Director (TTD) is an on-site leadership role supervising four specialized technical teams—each with their own managers and technicians—ensuring they operate at peak performance. It is responsible for overseeing the entire inventory processing workflow, from acquisition through product listing and post-sale support.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The perfect candidate is a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same. You’re confident making decisions, guiding high-performing teams, and rolling up your sleeves when needed. Legacy marine electronics experience is highly preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings curiosity, initiative, and resilience. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable “living outside the job description,” adapting quickly, and seizing opportunities to drive the company forward. You should enjoy building people as much as building processes—because both are critical to our success.
