Join our client's team as an Office Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving the administrative and marketing initiatives that support the organization's growth and success. This full-time position is integral to ensuring efficient office operations and executing strategic marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes, including patient management software.
- Complete patient check-in/check-out procedures with each patient.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to foster brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Develops and executes communications programs, including events, PR, web, direct marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, all social media platforms, local outreach, and awareness to drive patient demand.
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with the spa's
business goals. - Generate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). - Develop and execute campaigns to grow the spa's database of contacts and
clients. - Collaborate with team members to support marketing and office projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
- Maintain inventory of skin care products, injectables, and medical equipment.
- Prepare orders for approval as needed.
- Take initiative and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the business.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in office management and marketing roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using marketing and office software tools, Google Suite.
- Experience with social media management and content creation
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Word Press, Canva
- Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing analytics.
- MedSpa industry experience.
Compensation and Benefits Package
- $20 -$30/hour based on experience
